Cancellation Policy

We value transparency and want our clients to feel confident working with us. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your services with Customer Connect AI and what happens after cancellation.


1. Month-to-Month Services

All services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with notice.


2. Cancellation Notice

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Cancellations received after this period will apply to the following month.


3. How to Cancel

To cancel your account, please email us at: [email protected] with the subject line: Cancellation Request. Include:

Company Name

Primary Contact Name

Reason for Cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.


4. Access After Cancellation

Your access to the Customer Connect AI platform and all associated tools will end on your cancellation date.

Data (such as leads, communications, and reports) will remain accessible for 7 days after cancellation. After this period, data may be deleted and cannot be recovered.


5. Non-Refundable Fees

Setup fees and any fees already billed are non-refundable.

Partial month refunds are not provided.


6. Restarting Services

If you choose to return, we’ll be glad to reactivate your account. A new setup fee may apply, depending on the time since cancellation.
